Meet Dr. Alfie Kelly
Dr. Alfie Kelly is a licensed Chiropractor and the founder and director of the Herniated Disc Center of Jamaica. With more than 20 years of experience, he is dedicated to providing the most advanced non-surgical, drug-free healing programs for patients suffering from low back pain and neck pain. His approach not only focuses on effective treatment but also ensures a personal and comfortable patient experience throughout care.
The Challenge of Back & Neck Pain
Statistics show that four out of five adults will experience low back pain or neck pain at some point in their lives. That’s nearly 80% of people living with chronic, debilitating pain—sometimes for weeks, months, or even years. Dr. Kelly is determined to change that.

A Lifelong Mission
Over his career, Dr. Kelly has traveled across the United States in search of lasting solutions for disc-related back and neck pain. While he found effective treatments along the way, none fully addressed the needs of patients the way he envisioned. This inspired him to innovate and create a more powerful approach.
